Physician attends international Young Physician Leaders Programm

Priv. – Doz. Dr. Sebastian Siebelmann, consulting physician at the department of ophthalmology of the University Hospital Cologne attended the Young Physician Leaders Program (YPL) of the Interacademy Partnership Alliance (IAP) and the M8 Alliance of Academic Health Centers and Medical Universities. The YPL-Program brings young ambitious leaders from all over the world, which were acknowledged due their outstanding accomplishments together for the World Health Summit under Leadership of Prof. Dr. Detlev Ganten.
Dr. Siebelmann is one of only 25 worldwide selected physicians which were chosen this year for the program. This specific program includes a professional leadership- and business training at the European School of Management and Technology (ESMT) in Berlin, Germany. Dr. Siebelmann who has, besides his occupation at the hospital also a master of Health Business Administration (MHBA) could enhance his knowledge of human resources and business management as well as elaborate his structure and optimizing skills.
