Thank you, Professor Cursiefen!

In the framework of DOG 2016, the annual conference of the German Ophthalmological Society, Prof. Dr. med. Claus Cursiefen, FEBO, the director of the Eye Clinic of the University Hospital of Cologne and the Speaker of the DFG research unit FOR 2240, received a mentoring award from the Young Investigator’s Network. This network is an association of young investigators from Germany, the United Kingdom, and Ireland. The prize for “Inflammation of the Ocular Surface” went to Prof. Cursiefen in recognition of his efforts to support up-and-coming young ophthalmologists striving to do research.
